A Richard Petty personally autographed bottle of Whiskey43. Two weeks after returning from his July trip at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in England, “The King” signed this bottle at Petty’s Garage and Museum. This is the site that turned out more than 260 winning Petty race cars.
Whiskey43 was conceived to celebrate the legendary career of Richard Petty and his 80th birthday on July 2, 2017.
The first 80,000 bottles were serialized and released as a Commemorative Limited Edition, and this bottle is stamped with a very low number from the bottling run.
For the beverage aficionado, bottling of the 40 proof alcohol product did not begin until it was aged for two years.
The Mash Bill displays 66% corn, 20% barley, 14% rye.
The Whiskey43 taste is of buttery spice, vanilla, fresh harvest with hints of ginger, cinnamon, balanced with a light oak finish.
